Gamut

We are based at Sco 12 in Sector-7C. The name of the place is Gamut. It is a bit of a strange name, I suppose, but it stuck after a while so we just kept it. We have been in this sector for a long time now. The office is on one of those typical rows of shops and offices you find in this part of town. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and a small area for people to wait if they show up early. We do not have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, whoever is sitting closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We do our work, drink a lot of tea and coffee, and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the internet goes down or the old printer acts up, and we all have to stop and figure it out together. It is a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We do not have any big mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just come in, do the tasks that need doing, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. The area around Sector-7C is quite nice, with some decent parks nearby for a walk during the lunch break. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent business and stay busy.
