Exotic Lighting (P) Ltd.

You can find Exotic Lighting (P) Ltd. over at B 14 & 15, Sector-1. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, surrounded by other units that all look the same. Inside, it’s a bit different because we have lights of all shapes and sizes hanging around or sitting on shelves. It’s not a showroom where everything is sparkling and perfect; it’s more of a working space where we assemble things and test bulbs. Sometimes the floor is covered in bubble wrap and cardboard scraps from the morning's shipments. We spend a lot of time looking at wires and fittings. It's funny how much you stop noticing the brightness after you've been here for eight hours. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the main road. We keep a pot of tea going in the corner, though the milk usually runs out by noon. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. People know where we are if they need a specific fixture or some advice on what works in a certain space. It's a bit cramped with all the inventory, but we manage to find what we need eventually. The building is old and the stairs creak, but it’s home for the workday. We just keep plugging away at the orders and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the glass and metal. It’s a living for us and it pays the bills at the end of the month.
