This is Exl Sevice. Com and we are based in Meerut, over in Shastri Nagar. Our place is K 79. It is a bit different being in a residential-feeling area like Shastri Nagar compared to a big industrial zone. The house numbers can be a bit confusing if you are new to the colony, but K 79 is where we stay and work. We have been here in U.P. for a long time. The office is basically where the work happens, nothing more and nothing less. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with a fountain. It's just a door and then the rooms where the computers are. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup like everyone else in Meerut. We handle various tasks that come our way through the website. It’s a small team usually. We know the people on the street and they know us. It feels more like a community than a cold business district. We started here because it was easy and it has worked out so far. The commute isn't bad for most of us. We keep our overhead low and just focus on what needs to be done each day. It’s a quiet life in Shastri Nagar for the most part, except for the usual street sounds. Meerut has a slower pace than Noida or Delhi, and we like that. K 79 in Shastri Nagar is where we do our business. It’s a residential area, so you see kids playing in the street.
