Donaldson India Filter System

Our place is in Sector 44, near Chalera Village. It’s Gali No 1 in Noida, UP. This area is mostly industrial and residential mixed together. We work with filters and systems here, so the warehouse can get a bit noisy and dusty at times. It’s a big space but we’ve managed to fill it up with parts and equipment. The staff mostly comes from the local area, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those things you see in big office buildings. We just have our desks and the workspace in the back where the real stuff happens. The road outside can get muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a mess to get in and out. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend much on decorations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or moving things around the floor. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been in this part of Noida for a while now and we’re used to the way things run around here. It isn't perfect, but it works for what we need to do every day.
