Paharganj is a pretty hectic place to have an office, but we’ve been at 8362 Arya Nagar for some time now. It’s crowded and the streets are narrow, but it feels like the real Delhi. We do a mix of design and project work. It’s usually just a few of us in the room with some computers and a lot of folders. The building isn't brand new, and sometimes the stairs are a bit steep. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth anyway. We spend our days looking at plans and trying to figure out the best way to get projects moving. It can get pretty hot in the summer, even with the windows open. We usually order lunch from the local spots nearby. Working in this part of New Delhi means you see everything, from tourists to old traders. It keeps things interesting. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We just do the work we’re given and try to be honest about how long things take. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just life in construction and design. We just keep at it. If you need to find us, just look for the old door near the corner. It's nothing special to look at, but we get things done inside those four walls. That is the way we have always worked.
