Dent Aids

If you go down to Sector-8 and look for F-91, that’s where we are. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while now. We mostly deal with dental supplies and tools that dentists need for their clinics every day. It’s a lot of small items, so we have to be really careful not to mix things up when we are pulling stock. The workspace is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes stacked up everywhere. We try to keep it neat, but it’s a constant battle when new shipments arrive. Most of our day is spent packing orders or answering the phone to talk to customers. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a fancy showroom. It's more of a warehouse feel where things are constantly moving in and out. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other by name. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner during our break. It's a decent place to work, even if the stairs are a bit steep and hard on the knees. We don't have a big marketing team. We just send out the stuff people order. It's straightforward work. Some days are busier than others, especially at the start of the month when everyone needs supplies. We just try to get through the list of things to do. We’ve had the same regulars for years, and they know we’re just here doing our thing in Sector-8.
