Delights Cake

Delights Cake is over at F-43 in Sector-27. It’s a pretty standard spot for us. We spend most of our time in the back where the ovens are. The front is just a small space for people to come in and pick up what they need. Sector-27 is a decent area, and we have been here for a good bit of time now. You can usually smell what we are doing from the street if the wind is right. We don't have a big team or any fancy management. It is just us working with the flour and sugar every day. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to get around to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a local spot that stays open. People from the neighborhood stop in quite a bit. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when there are big orders to get through. We don't use much technology, mostly just doing things by hand. The shop is a bit cramped, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It’s a humble place, but it’s ours and we are here every day. We don't have any fancy certificates on the wall, just the smell of fresh cakes coming out of the oven. We like it that way.
