Cst Coolingh is based at the Sai Complex in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The complex is a busy spot with lots of small businesses and shops all crammed in together. It can be a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but we are easy to find once you get the hang of the layout. Since we do cooling work, our shop is often filled with spare parts, copper pipes, and various tools spread out across the workbenches. It is not the tidiest place, but we know exactly where everything is located. The air in the shop usually smells a bit like metal and cleaning fluids. Noida is a hot place for a lot of the year, so we are always kept busy with one thing or another. People from the surrounding offices often drop by just to ask a quick question or to see if we have a part they need. We don't have a fancy reception area; you just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. The lights flicker a little bit sometimes, but it doesn't bother us. It is just a typical local business where we work hard and try to get things fixed. We've been in Sai Complex for a while now and know most of the other shop owners who work nearby. It’s a good community to be a part of.
