We do not have a big physical storefront or a fancy office you can walk into easily. Most people just reach us through the email address neelamsimona@yahoo.co.in. It is how we keep track of everything for Country Club India Ltd these days. We spend a lot of our time responding to messages and sorting out memberships for people. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We might just be sitting in a small room with a couple of laptops, but we stay very busy all day. Sometimes the inbox gets flooded with questions and it takes us a day or two to catch up with everyone. We are not a massive call center with hundreds of people. It is more personal than that. We actually remember the names that pop up frequently in our emails. We have been using this Yahoo account for a very long time now. It is reliable for us and everyone knows it. People ask about their holidays and their bookings or just general questions. We just type away and try to get everyone an answer as fast as we can. It is a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for what we need to do. We do not have a fancy website with a live chat bot. It is just us and the emails. We keep it simple because that is what we know how to do best for the members.
