Construction Company

Our place is over in B-14, Aliganj in Lucknow. It’s a good spot to be in because we can get to most parts of the city pretty easily from here. We’ve been doing construction for quite some time now. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees and expensive cars. We’re just a small group of workers who know how to handle a trowel and a shovel. The office is tucked away, and it’s where we store our tools and some of the leftover materials from previous jobs. It’s usually a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is kept. Lucknow gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we try to start our outdoor work very early in the morning before the sun really starts beating down on us. We do a lot of brickwork and plastering. It’s not the easiest way to earn a living, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use any fancy words to describe our work. We just build stuff. If someone needs a room added or a floor laid, they usually come find us at the Aliganj address. Most of our customers are just regular people from the neighborhood. We’ve known some of them for years. We just try to do a decent job and get paid for it. That’s about all there is to it for us. We keep things moving and try to stay out of the way.
