Clinical Pharmacology Unit

This unit is part of the Ranbaxy Research Laboratories out on Plot No. B22 in Sector 62. If you know the area, you know it's where a lot of the technical and research stuff happens in Sector 62n. We are specifically the Clinical Pharmacology Unit. Our daily work involves a lot of observing and recording how different compounds behave. It’s a very structured environment, as you’d expect for a lab in this part of town. The building itself is quite large, but our unit is just one piece of the puzzle. We have labs and some desks for writing up reports. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, just another industrial-looking block, but there’s a lot of careful work going on inside. We don’t really deal with the public much. Most of our time is spent with the data and the specific trials we run. The hallways can be a bit long and quiet, especially in the evenings when most of the staff has headed home. We keep things pretty tidy because we have to, though my desk usually has a few too many coffee mugs on it. It’s a serious place, but we’re just regular people doing the job. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just trying to get the pharmacology right one step at a time. It’s what we do here in our corner of the plot every day, and it keeps us busy.
