Our office is over at C-71 in Sector-63. If you know the area, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a business sector. We’ve been here at Chem Pharma Industries India Pvt. Ltd. for a while, just doing our daily rounds in the pharma industry. It’s a busy place with a lot of other companies nearby, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have a massive reception desk or anyone in suits greeting people. It’s usually just one of us answering the door or the phone. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual production and logistics of what we do. The space in Sector-63 works well for us because it’s practical. We have enough room for our supplies and the desk work that piles up. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to make sure our clients get what they need on time. It's a lot of paperwork and technical checks, but that’s the nature of the business. Chem Pharma Industries India Pvt. Ltd. feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending endless emails. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and it suits us just fine. We’ve grown slowly over the years, mostly by just staying consistent and showing up every day.
