We’re up on the second floor of Kaushik Market in Sector 52. It’s right near the Syndicate Bank, so it’s not too hard to find if you’re looking for it. Cctv Global is basically just a room filled with boxes and screens. We spend a lot of time looking at monitors and testing out cables. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we usually warn people to take their time coming up. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always someone shouting or a truck unloading something downstairs. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the cameras and the wiring. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the market. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to restart everything, which can be frustrating when we’re in the middle of something. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big sales pitch. Usually, people come to us because they heard about us from a friend or they saw our sign while they were at the bank. We just show them what we have on the shelves and explain how it works. It’s a practical business. We’re just trying to make a living like everyone else in this building. The days go by pretty fast when you’re busy with installations and repairs.
