Bunty Associates

Bunty Associates has been around Krishna Nagar for a while now. We’re located at New Layal Pur Colony, number 179. It's a busy spot but we like it here. People often just walk in to talk about houses or plots. There isn't any fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and us working. Usually, we are busy with paperwork or out checking on a site nearby. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but that’s just how the neighborhood is. We don't do big TV ads. Mostly, it is just people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a small team, maybe just a couple of us in the office at any time. We try to keep things simple because real estate can get confusing fast. If you're looking for a place or want to sell something in the colony, we know these streets pretty well. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of filing to do. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Buildings go up, old shops close, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just talk to folks and see what they need. It’s straightforward work. Most days are just about managing the small details that come up when someone wants to move. We deal with regular problems like leaky pipes or lost keys too. It's just life.
