Blossom Clinic

Blossom Clinic is located in Shop-4 of Florence Plaza. This is in Sector 137, which is a fairly quiet part of Noida - 201305 compared to some other sectors. We are right near Paramount Florence, so it’s easy for the residents there to just walk over. The clinic is a small, cozy space. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place for medical visits. Usually, it's just one or two of us working at the front and then the doctor. We see a lot of families because of all the residential buildings nearby. Kids, parents, elderly folks—everyone stops by at some point. The plaza has other shops too, so there is always some activity outside. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's completely still. We spend a lot of time just talking to the people who live in the neighborhood. It feels more like a community spot than a cold medical office. We keep our records in files and try to remember everyone's name. It’s not perfect, sometimes we run behind schedule if a consultation takes longer than expected. That’s just part of the job. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just show up, open the shop, and help the people from Sector 137 who come through the door. It is a simple life and we like it.
