Bharti Kaushik Architect

I’ve set up my architecture office at Plot No. 1-2 in Sector-33. It’s a decent space where I can get my work done without too many distractions. My name is Bharti Kaushik, and I’ve been designing buildings for several years now. It’s not a huge operation here. I have a small team helping me out with the drawings and the site visits. Sector-33 is a good location for us because it’s easy to reach from different parts of the city. We spend our days working on blueprints and talking to clients about their ideas. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just checking local regulations and making sure the math is right. I try not to use complicated language to explain things to people. If a design works, it works. My office is usually filled with samples of bricks, tiles, and glass pieces. It can get a bit cluttered, but that’s just how we work. We aren't a corporate firm with polished lobbies and fancy coffee machines. We’re just a group of professionals who take our work seriously but don't take ourselves too seriously. We deal with all the typical issues that come with construction, like delays and material shortages. We just handle them as they come and move on. People know they can find us here at the plot if they need a plan for a new project. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
