Bharti Airtel

We are located on Street No-1 in Panjabi Colony, right here in the middle of Miranpur. It’s a small town setup, so pretty much everyone around here knows where the Airtel office is without having to look at a map. We handle all the local connections and try to help people when their phone signal goes weak or they just need a new SIM card for their kids. The office itself isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space with some plastic chairs and a wooden counter. Being in the Muzaffarnagar district, we get a lot of people coming in from the nearby villages and farms too. It can get really crowded on Mondays when everyone comes into town for errands. We try to help everyone as they come through the door, but sometimes the computer system is slow and we all just have to sit and wait. It’s a basic job, really. We talk to our neighbors, fix those annoying billing issues, and explain how the different data plans work to people who aren't too sure about all this new technology. The weather gets really dusty and dry in the summer, so we’re always having to wipe down the windows and desks. We’ve been in this street for a long time now. Most of the staff here actually grew up around these parts, so we know most of the families by name. It’s not like those big city offices. We just have a small desk and try to keep the town connected.
