Berger Paints Ind Ltd,Greater Noida

We are located over at H.No-N-120 in Teachers Colony. It’s a residential part of Pratap Vihar in Ghaziabad. A lot of people get confused because the name says Greater Noida but we are actually based here. It’s a quiet street for the most part, mostly houses and families around. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time. It’s not like those massive office buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a home-style setup. We have a few rooms where we handle all the paperwork. The neighbors are nice enough. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time turning into the lane because it’s narrow. We have to coordinate that. It’s just us here, a small group of guys making sure the paint gets where it needs to go. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we work. It’s practical. There’s no lobby or anything impressive. You just walk in and we're there. We like being in a local neighborhood rather than a cold industrial area. It feels more grounded. We handle the local distribution from this house. It works for us. We don’t need much else. Just a desk, a phone, and some space to stack things. That’s the reality of our day-to-day here in Teachers Colony. We just focus on the job at hand and keep things moving without any fuss or complicated processes.
