We are located up on the first floor at Shop No. 14 in the Amrapali Crystal Home Shop area. Most days start with us unlocking the shutters and getting the chairs ready for whoever has an appointment. It's a bit of a climb if you aren't expecting it, but the first floor is usually quieter than the ground level shops where everyone is rushing around. The office isn't fancy, just a practical space where we do our work. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and the waiting area fills up with folks from the nearby apartments. We've been here for a while now, and we know many of the neighbors. Dealing with implants takes a lot of focus, so we try to keep things calm inside even when it’s loud outside in the market. Usually, we take a short break for tea in the afternoon when things slow down. We make sure the tools are sterilized and everything is back in its place before the next person walks through the door. It’s a straightforward job, really. People come in with a toothache or needing something fixed, and we just do what needs to be done. We stay open until the evening most days of the week, helping out whoever drops by.
