Axis Trading

Axis Trading operates out of 466 Sector-28, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We don't have a big showroom or any flashy displays. Most of our space is taken up by the goods we are trading and the desks where we handle the billing. Sector-28 is a decent area, though it can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on our street. Our daily routine is mostly about checking inventory and talking to people on the phone. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the independence of running our own thing. We don't have a big manual of rules or a corporate mission statement. We just try to be fair and get things done on time. If there’s a problem, we usually just sit down and talk it through until we find a solution that works. Some of the equipment we use is a bit old, like the printer that jams every other day, but we’ve learned how to fix it with a quick tap. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation; we are quite happy just being a local trading business that people can rely on. It’s a lot of work, but at the end of the day, it’s satisfying to see the trucks leave with everything they were supposed to carry.
