Associated Lighting Company

Associated Lighting Company is out at Plot No. 101-102 in Phase-II of the NESZ. If you have ever been to an industrial zone, you know exactly what it looks like around here. It is mostly big buildings, trucks moving in and out, and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our space is pretty big because we need the room for all the lighting equipment and components we handle. It isn't a showroom; it’s more of a functional workspace where things actually get done. The floors are concrete and the ceilings are high. During the day, it can get pretty warm, but the big doors stay open to let some air in. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure the lights we have are sorted properly. There is a lot of cardboard and tape involved in our daily routine. The staff knows where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone walking in for the first time. We eat lunch together in a small corner of the building and usually talk about things other than work. Being in the NESZ means we are surrounded by other companies doing similar manual work, so there’s a sense of being part of a larger industrial hub. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things that need to be packed or moved every day without making a big deal out of it.
