Associated Lighting Co.. takes up Plot no. 101 and 102 over in the NSEZ. Having two plots gives us enough room to handle the manufacturing and the storage without tripping over each other. It’s a busy environment since we’re in the export zone. There are always security checks and trucks coming in and out, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve been operating here for a long time. The buildings aren't new, but they are sturdy and hold all our machinery just fine. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or making the place look like a tech startup. It’s a factory, and it looks like one. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. We mostly focus on getting the orders right and making sure they get shipped out on time. The paperwork for the special economic zone can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve got a system for it now. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen other companies come and go from the NSEZ, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being consistent with what we do every day. It’s not complicated, just steady work in a busy place.
