Ashoka Gears, Noida

Ashoka Gears has been based in Noida for many years. Our head office is at D-208 in Sector 63, right in Phase-3 of the Gautam Budh Nagar district. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and workers moving around. We mostly focus on gears, obviously. We have various cutters and grinders in the back. The shop floor is where most of the life is. we started out with just a couple of machines and grew slowly. We didn’t want to rush things. It’s better to do the work right than to do it fast and mess up. The office is right there too, so we can hear the machines while we do the paperwork. It’s not a quiet place. People come in and out all day. Some bring broken parts to copy, others have new designs. We look at everything. Sector 63 is easy to get to once you know the turns. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. More buildings, more traffic. But we are still here at D-208. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have been coming here for a decade. They know we just do the gear work and don't make a fuss. It’s a solid living. We enjoy the mechanical side of things. It's just what we do every day.
