Aromathai Spa Delhi Pvt Ltd is located on the second floor of the DLF Mall of India in Noida. Our specific spot is E-359. Being in the mall means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and music playing in the hallways. It’s a bit different from a street-side shop, but we like it here. We’ve got a small team and we try to keep things as calm as possible inside, despite all the bustle outside the doors. The mall is huge, so sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find E-359, but we are there. We don't have a big corporate office; this is it. It’s where we do all our work. We aren't into those long mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the spa. The space isn't massive, but it’s enough for what we need. We've been here since the mall was relatively new. It’s a busy life, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. We don't do much in the way of fancy advertising. Most of our visitors are just people who happen to be walking by or who heard about us from a friend. We just try to keep the place clean and ready for whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we work, and we go home. That's how we've always done things here in Noida.
