Apollo Hospital

We are based at H - 5/4 Krishna Nagar. This is a very residential part of the city, so the hospital feels a bit more like a local fixture than a big institution. We are surrounded by houses and small shops, and many of our staff live just a few streets away. The building isn't huge, but we use every bit of space we have. When you walk in, you’re usually greeted by the sound of the receptionists talking on the phone or patients chatting while they wait. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a simple entrance with some plants that we try to keep alive and a few benches. The day starts early here, usually with the sound of the shutters going up. We spend our hours doing the usual hospital tasks—taking notes, checking vitals, and making sure the rooms are ready for the next person. It’s not a glamorous job, and the building shows its age in a few spots, but it works for us. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Sometimes someone will bring in snacks for the nurses, which is always nice. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people in; they usually just come because we are right here in Krishna Nagar and it’s convenient. It’s a simple, hardworking place where we handle the health needs of the community as they come.
