Anshika Singh Spice Pvt. Ltd is situated at B-85 in Sector 2. It’s a fairly straightforward location in a block of similar buildings. We spend most of our time here processing and dealing with spices. Sector 2 is an area where a lot of businesses are lined up, so there’s always something going on. Our place at B-85 is where all the work happens. We have machines for grinding and bags for storing the spices. The smell of turmeric and coriander is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You walk in and you see the work being done right there. There are usually sacks piled up near the entrance waiting to be moved. It can get a bit messy during the busy season when we have a lot of orders to get out. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a while. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We just do our bit here in Sector 2. Some days are long, especially when the machines need fixing or a shipment is late. But we just keep going. It’s practical work. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We just focus on the spices. If you come to B-85, you’ll find us busy with the day's tasks until we close up for the evening.
