We are based in Sector-60 in Noida, up on the first floor of building B-89. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up and down, which can be a bit of a workout, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. This part of Noida is full of industrial units, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Anikait Products Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. The space is divided into a small office area and a larger section where the actual production happens. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a place where things get made. We have a few machines running, and the floor is usually busy with people moving boxes around. Lunch breaks are usually taken together in the small break area, where we talk about everything except work. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed to keep everyone from getting too cranky. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. We just take the orders that come in and make sure the products are ready when we said they would be. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every day.
