Our setup is right here at B-123 and 124 in Sector-63. It’s a couple of units side by side, and there is always something moving between the two buildings. If you walk past during the shift change, you’ll see plenty of people coming and going. The street outside is usually lined with delivery trucks waiting their turn. Inside, it’s mostly about the assembly lines and the rhythmic sounds of the equipment. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. The focus is always on the floor and the schedules we have to meet. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the place despite being an industrial unit. We keep the doors open when it gets too stuffy, though the dust from the road can be a bit of a nuisance sometimes. There’s a small tea stall just down the lane where most of us head during the breaks. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where the main goal is just to finish the day’s tasks without any major hiccups. You won’t find many suits here; it’s more about work boots and uniforms. We’ve been in this corner of Noida long enough that the guards at the gate know almost everyone’s face. It’s just a busy place where people come to do their jobs and then go home to their families to rest up for the next day.
