Alstom India Ltd.

You can find us over at Plot No. 7 in the IHDP Building. Sector 127 has changed quite a bit since we first arrived here. It used to be much quieter with fewer cars but now there are new buildings popping up everywhere you look. Alstom India Ltd. takes up a fair bit of space in this building. It is an office environment but it doesn’t feel like one of those cold or empty places. There is always someone talking about a project or grabbing a quick coffee in the small break area. We handle a lot of coordination from these desks. It is where the plans get made before they head out to the actual work sites. We have a lot of different people under one roof including some who have been in this industry for decades and others who are just starting their careers. It makes for an interesting mix of ideas. The IHDP Building is pretty easy to spot once you are in the sector. We don't go for anything too fancy or over the top. The desks are usually cluttered with drawings and handwritten notes. It is a busy atmosphere but we try to keep it friendly and relaxed. No one is ever too busy to answer a quick question if someone is stuck. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is lined up correctly for the next day.
