We operate out of a couple of different spots, including the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area and our place at A-84 in Sector 5, Noida. Most of our day-to-day work happens in these industrial zones where the actual manufacturing gets done. We focus on automotive technology and various parts. It involves a lot of metalwork and assembly lines. The Noida office is where we handle the administrative side of things along with some of the production tasks. It is a very busy area with lots of other workshops and factories surrounding us. You can hear the sounds of welding and grinding going on throughout the entire day. We are not some big corporate office with glass walls and fancy carpets; our reality is more about oily floors and sturdy metal workbenches. We have a core team of people who have been with us for many years now. We know each other's families and what is happening in the local neighborhood. When things get particularly busy, everyone chips in to help. Even the office staff might spend some time moving boxes if it's needed. It gets pretty dusty in the shop, especially during the dry months of the year. We just try to get all the orders out on time so that our customers stay satisfied with the work. There is not a lot of fluff in how we talk or how we work. We just show up and do our best every day.
