Our place is at No. E-19C in Sector-8. It’s one of those standard blocks you see around here. Alfa Next Gen Tech India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a bit. It’s not a huge space, just enough for the desks and the equipment we need to run things. Most of the day is just quiet clicking of keyboards and people talking over coffee in the small break area. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with the motivational posters. We just show up, do the technical work, and go home to our families. Sector-8 is a decent area, though the lunch options nearby get a bit repetitive after a year or two of eating there. The office gets quite a lot of light in the morning, which is nice until it gets too hot in the afternoon. We have some storage shelves that are constantly overflowing with spare parts and old boxes. We keep meaning to clear them out but never quite get around to it because we stay busy. The team is small, just a handful of people who know their way around the systems we handle. There’s usually a stack of manuals sitting on the common table in the middle. We don't really do fancy presentations for anyone. If someone comes by, we just show them what we’re working on at the computer screen. It’s practical work. We try to keep the coffee machine running all day.
