Finding us in Noida Phase-II can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you aren't used to the layout of Sector-80. We are at A-4/J and it is pretty much what you would expect from an industrial area. There is a lot of dust and noise from the other units around us but we have our own routine going on inside. Mechotronics is what we do but mostly it just means we deal with a lot of parts and technical stuff all day long. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some chairs and a table where we drink tea and talk about the day's work. It gets really busy during the middle of the week when shipments are coming in and going out. We try to stay organized but sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with components. It is a decent place to work and we have a small team that knows their stuff well enough. We have been in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a bit now and we know the local suppliers and how to get things moved. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up but we just find something else to do until it comes back. It is just a regular business trying to stay on top of things. No one wears suits here because it is too dusty for that. We just focus on the machines and getting the orders ready on time.
