Our facility is located in the Surajpur Industrial Area, specifically at Site-5, plot K 454. At Aini Food And Spice Copltd, the air usually smells like turmeric or chili powder, depending on what we are processing that day. It is a large industrial space with high ceilings and concrete floors that get stained over time from the natural colors of the spices. We have several machines for grinding and packing, and they make a constant humming sound that fills the room. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception desk. Instead, you’ll see sacks of raw ingredients stacked on wooden pallets and workers wearing hairnets moving around. Site-5 is a huge area with lots of factories, so there are always big trucks coming and going, kicking up dust on the roads. We spend our shift making sure the weights are right on the packaging and that the seals are tight. It’s hard work, and the heat in Surajpur can be quite intense during the summer months. We just focus on getting the orders ready for the distributors. The office part of K 454 is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. It’s a functional place, built for production rather than looking pretty for visitors.
