Aar Pee Industries

We’ve been at Plot No. C - 128 in Sector - 2 for a good stretch of time now. Aar Pee Industries is just a regular factory setup. If you walk into Sector - 2, you’ll see plenty of other places like ours. We have a few machines that run most of the day. The sound is constant. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like the rhythm of it. Most of the guys here have been with us since the beginning. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. We don't have big meetings or presentations. We just look at the schedule and get to it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. It gets greasy and messy, but that’s just how it is. We make parts that go into other things, so precision matters even if the floor isn't spotless. We don't put much effort into the outside of the building. It’s just a grey wall with a door. People know we are here because of the trucks coming to pick up boxes. The sector gets quiet after six in the evening. We usually finish up and head home by then. It’s a simple routine that works for us. We don’t overthink things. We just keep the production line moving as best as we can without making a fuss. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
