Utility Powertech Limited , A Jv Of Reliance Energy And Ntpc

Our office for Utility Powertech Limited is over in Vasundra, New Delhi. We’re specifically located at B-4, Pryartan Vihar. It’s a pretty easy place to find because we’re right opposite the Dharamshila Cancer Hospital. Being a joint venture between Reliance Energy and NTPC gives us plenty to do. This part of Delhi stays crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a crawl in the morning traffic. Once we’re here, it’s all about managing the different power projects we have going on. We aren’t one of those big glass-tower companies. Our space is more functional than fancy. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different partners and making sure the utility work in the city is actually getting done. There’s always a phone ringing or someone coming in with a report from a site. The neighborhood is okay, with plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s got a bit of wear and tear, but it suits us just fine. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a local bunch for the most part. We don't bother with fancy presentations or big speeches. We just look at the data, talk to the engineers, and try to keep the projects on track. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s home for us during the work week.
