Our spot is at F-593 on the ground floor in Delta I, Greater Noida. If you know Delta I, it’s one of those areas that is still growing and has a lot of open space compared to Delhi. Being on the ground floor is great because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators, and people can just walk right in from the street. The office is pretty basic. We have some white-tiled floors and standard office furniture that has seen better days. We do all the work for Uppal Housing Limited from this location. It’s a quiet atmosphere mostly, which helps when we are trying to go through contracts or housing documents. There is a bit of dust because of all the construction happening around Greater Noida, but that’s just part of living and working here in Uttar Pradesh. We have a small pantry in the back where we make coffee and heat up our lunch. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting on phones. It’s more of a steady, calm pace. We keep our files organized in metal cupboards and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes in every day. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we have a few plants outside the door to make it look a bit more welcoming. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want a functional place where we can handle our business and talk to our clients like regular people.
