Unitech Ltd.

Our office for Unitech Ltd. is at C-103 in the Gyandeep Apartments, which is in Sector 11 of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. It is a residential complex, so you have to sign in at the main gate before coming up. The apartment has been converted into an office space, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony. It feels very much like a home, which is nice for us. We do not have a big corporate lobby. Instead, you just walk into the living room area where we have our desks set up. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. We have a small water filter in the corner and a cupboard for our bags. The view from the balcony is just of the other buildings and the parking lot. It is a typical Ghaziabad neighborhood, busy but familiar. We do not do any flashy advertising. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or have heard of us through word of mouth. We try to stay organized, but with so much going on, the desks can get a bit messy. We do not mind. It shows we are actually working. If you are coming over, it is best to call ahead so we can tell the security guard to let you in. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just do our daily work in a comfortable spot.
