You can find us at A-368 in Sector-31. Noida has changed a lot, but this sector still feels a bit more grounded than the newer parts with all the skyscrapers. We’ve been operating Unitech Ltd from this address for a good stretch of time. The building is straightforward—nothing too modern or flashy about it. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor for the network. It’s a working office, so it’s usually a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The commute is okay for most of the team since the metro isn't too far away. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and talking through whatever issues come up. Sometimes we order lunch from the local stalls nearby when nobody brought a tiffin. It’s a simple life here in Sector-31. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local team doing our jobs as best as we can. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental in the summer, but we make do with fans when we have to. It feels like a real place where people actually work hard. That is the main thing about this office. We focus on the tasks at hand and keep things moving along steadily.
