We are based at A-160 on the second floor in Sector-22 of Noida. It is a pretty familiar part of town for anyone living in the area. The building is just a regular commercial block. We have been operating Unitech Limited from this spot for a while. It is not a huge office, but it has enough room for our desks and the equipment we need. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow. We do not have any big flashy signs on the street. Most people who come here already know where they are going. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working on our tasks. We do not use any corporate talk or have meetings that last all day. We just get on with it. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat, so lunch is never an issue. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the local markets and traffic, but that is just Noida for you. We do not have a fancy lobby or a security guard at the inner door. We just keep things practical and honest. The office is a bit lived-in, but it works for us. We focus on the day-to-day things and try to keep everything moving. There is no big mystery to how we run things. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay organized. It is a basic setup that suits our needs perfectly.
