Unitech Limited

Our office is at H 259 in Alpha II, Greater Noida, which is a pretty standard residential spot. It’s funny how many people get confused between Alpha I and Alpha II, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t think about it anymore. The house itself is comfortable. It serves its purpose for our daily operations at Unitech Limited. We have a routine that starts early before the heat gets too intense. The rooms are filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional hum of the printer. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a practical space. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how things are here in UP. We make do. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so there isn’t much formality. You’ll see old files stacked in the corners and some personal photos on the desks. We like being in a neighborhood rather than some isolated industrial zone. It makes the workday feel more grounded. When we take a break, we step out onto the porch for some fresh air. It’s just a regular house where a lot of serious work happens. We don’t need anything more than that to get through our list of things to do each day. It’s a bit lived-in, but it works for us.
