Unitech Limited

Our small branch for Unitech Limited is located in F-20 at the Ashirwad Apartment in Noida. It’s actually inside an apartment complex, which makes for a very different working environment than a high-rise office. We have a few rooms set up with computers and shelves for all our files. It’s mostly quiet here, except for the usual sounds of the apartment building like people coming and going. We spend our days dealing with the local logistics and making sure the paperwork for the area is in order. Noida is a fast-growing place, but inside Ashirwad Apartment, things feel a bit more settled. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; if someone comes by, we just pull up a chair for them. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of our time is spent on the computer or talking to colleagues at other branches. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. We just focus on the task list and try to finish everything before the day ends. The light in the rooms is pretty good, and we’ve made the space as comfortable as we can. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we get our work done every day. We don't need anything more than that to keep things running properly. It is just a normal office in a normal neighborhood. We like it here fine.
