Unitech Limited

This location is a bit different because it’s at Bijay Kumar Singh’s house, specifically House No. E-103 in Palam Vihar Extension. We are in the Dharam Colony area of Gurgaon. It’s a more personal setup for Unitech Limited. Because it’s in a residential colony, it doesn't feel like those big, cold corporate offices you see in the city center. We work out of a space that feels more like a home. There’s a bit of a garden outside and you can hear the birds and the neighborhood sounds. We handle our part of the business from here with a small group of regular people. It is a lot of local coordination and keeping track of details. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. It’s just a quiet place where we get the work done. We sit around a big table sometimes instead of separate desks. It makes it easier to talk things through. We’ve been operating from this Gurgaon address for a while and the locals know us. It’s not about being the biggest or the flashiest. It’s just about being there and doing the job right from where we are. We have our routines, like the mid-morning tea break and the afternoon filing. It’s a simple, honest way of working that suits us just fine. It works for the way we like to do things here and we keep it moving every single day.
