Our place is at H.B-192 in Birla Colony 5. It is a pretty standard spot for a business like ours. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors all know what we do. The office is just a simple room with a few chairs and a big table where we spread out the tile catalogs and the invoices. It is not the most modern setup, but it gets the job done for us. We have tiles of all sorts of colors and sizes leaning against the walls. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order, but we try to tidy up before we head home for the evening. The air in the colony is usually alright, though it gets quite hot in the middle of the summer. We have a small fan that rattles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough while we work. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else in the area. We spend our mornings checking the new arrivals and our afternoons catching up on the phone calls. It is a slow and steady process, and we like it that way. We just want to make sure the tiles go out on time and that we haven't missed any details in the orders.
