You can find us at Sai Kripa Society in Vasundhara, Sahibabad. We are in Flat No. 202 in Sector 11. It is a residential area which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big industrial park. We work with pumps here. Ghaziabad is a place where things tend to get worn out fast because the water is quite hard. We focus on providing pumps that can actually last in these conditions. We are not trying to be the biggest name in the country. We just want to be the ones people in the area trust when they need their water systems to work. The team is just a handful of us. We share a small space and usually have some parts samples lying around on the floor. It is a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, check the orders, and make sure the pumps get delivered to the right addresses. Sometimes we sit and talk with the customers for a while because we have known them for years. It is more of a community thing for us. We do not do much advertising. People just know that we are in the society and they come by when they have a problem. It is a quiet way to do business and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
