We set up shop in Sector 19 a while back. Noida is a fast place, but our corner of Sector 19 is where we get everything done. It’s a mix of different types of work happening all at once. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the international side of things. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s a bit quieter. We deal with various goods and shipping details. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure things get where they’re supposed to go. We’ve learned over the years that being direct is the best way to operate. No one has time for long-winded stories. We just look at the orders and figure out the logistics. The traffic in Noida can be a pain, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their role. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just do the work and try to keep things on track. If there's a problem, we fix it and move on. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. Being right here in India gives us a good base to reach out to different markets. We just take it one day at a time. It isn't always easy, but we've got a system that works for us now.
