Tecon Projects Pvt Ltd is located in Ghaziabad, specifically in Vasundhara. Our office is Flat No A 202 in the Swarnaganga Apartment complex. This is in Sector 6. If you have ever been to Vasundhara, you know it is a sprawling area with lots of apartment buildings like ours. Swarnaganga is one of the established ones in Sector 6. We are up on the second floor in flat A 202. It’s a quiet enough place to work, though you can always hear the general buzz of the apartment complex around you. We have converted the flat into a workspace that fits our needs. It has a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a balcony where we can step out for a minute. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty and busy, but once you are inside the apartment, it feels a bit more secluded. We are just a small group of people working on Tecon Projects. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We usually just order in or bring lunch from home. The address is easy to find for delivery people and visitors because Swarnaganga is a known name in Sector 6. We have been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of place. We don't try to pretend it’s anything other than a functional office in a residential building. It works for us and keeps our overhead low.
