Supervisor

Rajpurkhurd is where we are located, tucked away in the Mehrauli area of New Delhi. Specifically, we are at house number 29 near Maidangarhi. It’s one of those parts of Delhi that still feels a bit like a village despite all the buildings going up. The lanes are narrow, and it can be quite a maze to find us if you’re not from around here. We work out of a modest ground-floor space. It’s mostly just desks and shelves full of files for our supervisor work. The air is always a bit dusty, but we don't mind much. We spend our days coordinating tasks and keeping track of the local projects. It’s a busy environment because there’s always something that needs attention in Delhi. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a lobby area. Visitors just walk right into the main workspace. Sometimes we have to clear a chair so someone can sit down. It is a very hands-on way of working. We eat our lunch together at the main table most days. Mehrauli has a lot of history, and you can feel it even in the newer parts like ours. We just do our part to keep things running smoothly. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are used to the pace. We just lock the gate at night and do it all over again tomorrow. It’s just how we operate in this part of the city.
