Sunrise Estate Managment Services

Sunrise Estate Managment Services is located in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We are at S-1 2A/7. This is a different spot from our other operations, focusing on the Ghaziabad area. Vaishali is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people living in close quarters. We help manage the estates and buildings around here. It involves a lot of walking around and talking to people. Our office in S-1 is where we do the paperwork and take calls. It’s a modest space, nothing too big. Ghaziabad can be quite hectic, but we are used to it by now. We handle things like maintenance schedules and dealing with any issues that come up in the buildings. It’s a lot of practical work. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that. We mostly just use notebooks and our phones. We’ve been working in Vaishali for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the locals. It’s a straightforward job. We make sure the water is running and the gates are locked. Sometimes we have to deal with repairs, which can be a bit of a mess. We aren't a big corporation. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized. It’s a lot of responsibility but it keeps us busy. We just keep going one day at a time. Every evening we check our lists to see what is planned for the next morning.
