Store Incharage

We run the store operations from our place at E-188C in the Kamana area of Sector-2, Vaisali. Being in Ghaziabad, things can get pretty hectic with the local traffic and the heat. I am the one in charge of the store here, which mostly means I spend my time worrying about where every single item is located. The space isn't huge, so we have to be really smart about how we stack the boxes. Sometimes things get a bit buried, and we have to move half the room to find one specific tool. It’s just how it goes in a small shop. We don't have a big team or any complicated software. I usually just use a notebook and a basic spreadsheet to keep track of everything. It works well enough for what we need. The neighbors in Sector-2 are friendly, and we often have people dropping in just to say hello while we're sorting through the latest shipment. The building is simple and doesn't have any big signs out front. We’ve been here for a while and have a rhythm down for how we handle the daily intake. It is mostly just keeping things tidy and making sure the orders are correct before they go out. No big corporate meetings here, just a lot of manual counting and organizing on the shelves. It’s a solid, honest way to spend the day. Usually, the morning is the best time for getting things sorted.
