Our office is tucked away in 18 Rajat Vihar, over in Sector 62, Noida. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here during shift changes. We handle a lot of different BPO services, which basically means we spend our whole day on the phone or typing on keyboards. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The air conditioning in the office sometimes has a mind of its own, so we usually have a few sweaters lying around even in the summer. We’ve got people coming in for different shifts, so the lights never really go out. It’s a bit of a maze with all the cubicles and wires. We drink way too much tea from the stall around the corner. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating but it gives us a chance to chat. We aren't some massive corporate entity with a glass building. We’re just a local team trying to hit our targets and help people out with their queries. Sector 62 is a good spot for us because most of the staff can get here by metro or shared autos. It’s a lot of noise, chatter, and clicking keys. We just keep our heads down and get through the work. It’s a decent place to work if you like a fast pace and don't mind the Noida dust. It keeps the bills paid.
